Healthy communities

Your business helps provide Vermonters managing food insecurity or diet-related illness with fresh, locally grown vegetables, fruit, and poultry through VYCC’s Health Care Share project. From June to November participants pick up weekly free shares at their doctor’s office.

Paid service & learning

Your business helps provide meaningful, paid service opportunities to youth and young adults. Crew members grow, pack, and deliver Health Care Shares to medical centers. They build deep connections with each other, their community, and the land.

Your sponsorship plays a role within a wide network of people working hard to increase food access so all Vermonters can benefit from our state’s abundant harvests. This includes medical centers, support organizations, farmers, and businesses like yours

• Your logo will be displayed on our website’s sponsorship page with a link to your website.
• Include your product or information in Health Care Shares that are distributed up to 425 households each week. (pending approval by VYCC farm staff)
• We will post to our social network about the awesome work your business is doing, and the support you have provided for the Food & Farm program.
• Your business will be featured in an emailed newsletter that is distributed to over 3,000 avid readers.
• For one week, your business will be featured in the Health Care Share newsletter that is distributed to over 400 households.
• Your logo will be prominently displayed at VYCC’s roadside farm stand.
• Your business will be featured on marketing material for VYCC’s annual Community Harvest dinner in October. You will also receive 4 tickets ($120 value)!
